Stakeholder Engagement

In order to demonstrate the company's efforts and integrity, win the trust of stakeholders and enhance the company's reputation, we have established multiple communication channels with stakeholders to collect and understand their expectations for Noritz Innovation, actively respond to their concerns and use them as a reference for formulating sustainable development plans.

Stakeholder Identification

The definition of a company's stakeholders is any group or individual that has an impact on or is affected by the company. Based on this definition, we identify five major categories of stakeholders, including employees, customers, banks, shareholders and investors, and governments and regulatory authorities.
