Audit Committee

The Company established an Audit Committee on June 18, 2015, which consists of three independent directors. The Audit Committee aims to assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its responsibility to monitor the quality and integrity of the Company's accounting, auditing, financial reporting processes and financial controls.

Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is responsible for evaluating the remuneration policies and systems of the Company's directors and managers from a professional and objective perspective and making recommendations to the Board of Directors for their reference in decision-making.
